Two on-site scenarios: our manufacture parquet — one batch with the interior — or third-party board after a compatibility protocol.
One batch with kitchen, doors and panels — full cycle from production to install. ±0.5 mm geometry, 280-day drying, Saicos / Osmo / Bona finish.
Third-party parquet or engineered board after a compatibility audit: moisture, construction, adhesive, finish. Warranty covers installation workmanship.
Patterns and laying directions
The method sheet depends on board construction and pattern. Below — Cardinal Hall catalog directions; each type is installed under its own protocol.
Straight runs, 1/2–1/3 end stagger. Select and Nature — for living zones, corridors and one batch with the interior.

Two base method sheets — plywood subfloor or direct glue-down — chosen after substrate diagnosis and board construction. Historical and artistic methods need a separate layout protocol and cumulative tolerance control.
On-site stages
Screed moisture, flatness, bond strength. No green light for laying if out of tolerance — technical solution first.
Material rests in the target microclimate. Layout aligns with light direction and architectural axes.
Traditional plywood method or direct bond on a prepared substrate. Perimeter expansion gap and adhesive-bed control.
Multi-stage sanding, tinting when needed, oil or lacquer in a regulated number of coats.
Acceptance protocol, care guidance and service card. Designer supervision at key stages.
Checkpoints
Four acceptance gates — without a green light on any point, laying does not start and the floor is not handed over.
CM / meter readings logged before start.
≤ 2 mm over 2 m — technical fix first if out of tolerance.
Layout locked on plan before production.
One tone with doors and panels from the batch.
Finish after install
Finish stack is fixed in the contract. Below — catalog directions and a separate service if the floor is already down.
Open-pore Saicos / Osmo finish — wood tactility, local refresh without a full resand.
To oil
Closed Bona film — regulated sheen and wear for traffic. Coats follow the project method sheet.
To lacquer
Sanding and restoring an existing floor without new install — a separate service direction.
