How restoration works
Diagnosis
scratches, gaps, cupping, remaining wear layer on solid and engineered board — sanding vs board replacement.
Sanding (cycle)
remove old lacquer or oil with dust extraction; sand engineered board and solid without eating thickness.
Filling and toning
gaps matched to species, tone evened if needed.
Finish
Saicos / Osmo oil or Loba lacquer — at least two coats with interim sanding.
Handover
polish, care guide, and warranty in the contract. Term and coverage — after diagnosis, in the contract.

Can you sand engineered board?
Yes — engineered board sanding works while the wear lamella remains. Below it is the stabilizing layer: sanding into it ruins the floor. We measure lamella thickness before work and state how many cycles remain.
How is engineered board restoration different from solid parquet sanding?
Same steps (diagnosis, sanding, filling, finish), but engineered board has less thickness reserve than solid. If the lamella is spent, we recommend replacement rather than forcing another pass.
When is parquet sanding enough vs full replacement?
Sanding works while the wear layer allows (usually 5–7 cycles on solid; fewer on engineered). If boards are destroyed or detached over ~30% of the area — replacement. Survey on request in Moscow and beyond.
What is included in turnkey parquet sanding?
Diagnosis, coating removal, leveling, filling, optional toning, Saicos/Osmo oil or Loba lacquer, polish and care guide — local or full floor, solid or engineered.
Do you restore solid furniture, kitchens and doors?
Yes — kitchen fronts, solid furniture, doors, stairs and panels: joints, missing parts, toning and finish matched to the interior.
