Full in-house cycle: from raw material preparation to packing finished goods. Craft is backed by engineering control of wood behaviour, geometry, and climate conditions.
Digital cutting programs, stable blank geometry, and staged in-line inspection.
Precise profiles, repeatable dimensions, and thoughtful detailing for complex interiors.
Drying, acclimatisation, and humidity-controlled storage as the basis of long-term performance.
We use only the finest wood species.

We use a unique multi-stage wood drying process that takes 280 days.
Engineering, manufacturing, and on-site delivery — one Cardinal Hall standard for premium residences and public spaces.
In the premium segment, moisture behaviour, heating-system compatibility, and staged acceptance matter: we embed these parameters in the brief before production and align them with design documentation.
Quality engineers and lead installers run the project: tolerances, photo logs of critical nodes, and site-team briefings. For international shipments we plan packing, paperwork, and installation windows so timelines stay predictable.

Working with the architect: junction details, tolerances, finish samples, and a clear specification.
Species and grade selection, batch-to-room matching, and use-case lighting considerations.
Substrate assessment, underfloor heating and expansion-joint compatibility, on-site humidity control.
Step-by-step checklists: underlay, adhesive, temperature regime, final walkthrough with the client.
Protective packing, delivery, and post-handover support under contract.
NDAs, discreet sites, and low-profile communications for private clients.
The essentials about our materials, timelines and warranties.
