Premium parquet care schedule after handover
After handover you receive not just a beautiful floor but a system: climate, care products, service intervals and contacts for professional finish renewal.

Daily and weekly routine
Dry cleaning with soft brush or vacuum with gentle head. Damp mopping with slightly damp cloth, no puddles; products compatible with your oil or lacquer (Saicos, Osmo and equivalents).
Entrance mats, felt pads on furniture legs, protection from heels and grit in high-traffic zones.
Climate and seasonality
Target range 40–60% relative humidity year-round. In heating season without humidification, micro-gap risk rises — especially on solid boards.
Cardinal Hall provides humidifier and monitoring guidance; seasonal audits are available when needed.
Finish renewal
Oil in residential interiors — roughly every 3–5 years depending on load. Lacquer — less often but local repair is harder.
Professional renewal includes light sanding, dust removal and finish per production card — not “supermarket oil wiped on”.
Frequently asked questions
Can I clean parquet with a steam cleaner?
No. Excess moisture and heat damage finish and can distort blocks. Use only approved products from the service card.
