Installation of stairs and railings
Stable stair and railing installation: precise nodes, structural stiffness and quiet use.
Our approach to stair and railing installation
A stair is a load-bearing system where engineering stability matters as much as looks. We verify tread geometry, bearing points and joint stiffness to avoid play, squeaks and uneven loading.

Bearing base preparation
We check substrates, floor levels, anchorage points and opening geometry. Before assembly we fix working dimensions and tolerances to avoid error stack-up.

Flight and tread fitting
We assemble flights controlling rise and going on every step. We aim for repeatable ergonomics and a visually straight travel line.

Junctions and joints
We fit treads, risers, stringers and landings with tight, correct load transfer into the bearing base.

Railing installation
We set posts, balusters and handrails on one axis, check fixing stiffness and grip comfort. We respect safety height and daily use.

Acoustic and load check
We test under working load: remove micro-play, confirm no squeaks or vibration. After handover we provide operating and service adjustment notes.
Quality checkpoints
- Even tread geometry and consistent step rhythm.
- Rigid fixings without play or parasitic vibration.
- Correct junctions to walls, landings and floor finishes.
- Stable railings and handrails with safety checks.
- No squeaks or extraneous noise under use load.
