Tinting

Craft and benefits
Tinting colors the parquet in your chosen shade while keeping the grain visible. Colors can be matched to RAL, NCS, Pantone or mixed exclusively for your project. Pigment penetrates the wood; fibers and growth rings stay readable. The result is a floor with the character you want—from warm honey and walnut to cool grays and deep wenge or black.
How it works
Tinting is coloring parquet to a chosen shade while keeping the wood grain visible. Stains, pigmented oils, glazes, and color pastes are used; color penetrates pores and upper layers so the pattern of fibers and growth rings remains visible. Colors can be matched to RAL, NCS, or Pantone, or custom mixed. Warm tones (honey, cocoa, walnut), cool (smoky gray, matte white), deep (wenge, black)—your choice. On brushed parquet, tinting emphasizes relief: darker in grooves, lighter on ridges. The result is a floor unique in tone and character.
