The island as one module
Cardinal Hall island modules are not a standalone piece but an extension of the cabinetry: same wood species, same finish, one composition. Work zone, bar counter with seating, built-in cooktop or sink, wine cabinet and storage systems are designed for your space and lifestyle.
Work zone and countertop
Countertop in stone (quartz, granite) or solid wood — to match your style and use. Prep and cutting area next to the cooktop or sink. Island height and depth are coordinated with the main run and ergonomics: standard height or bar-level with overhang for stools.
Bar zone and seating
One or two sides of the island with overhang for bar stools: 2–4 seats for breakfast or entertaining. Two-level counter or single plane — depending on the layout. Solid wood base with legs or panels matching the front finish.
Built-in appliances and storage
Cooktop or induction, sink, dishwasher, wine cooler or refrigerator — the island can house whatever you want at the center. Inside: pull-out drawers, shelves, Blum or Hettich systems. Outlets and utilities are planned at the design stage.
Materials and dimensions to order
Island carcass and fronts — solid oak, ash, walnut or precious veneers, matching the main cabinetry. Length and width are determined by kitchen area and circulation clearances (from 90 cm). We design the island as part of one kitchen solution — with visualization and load calculations.
