Cardinal Hall joinery is not catalog doors but bespoke solutions: interior doors and portals, wall panels and boiserie, cornices and moldings. All in solid wood and precious veneers, with precise joint geometry and premium hardware. We design and manufacture so that doors and trim form a single whole with flooring and stairs. From survey to installation — full cycle in one workshop, with every joint and finish agreed to your interior.
Doors & portals
Interior doors and portals in solid oak, ash, walnut or veneer: paneled, flush, with glazing or glazed inserts. Mortise-and-tenon joinery, custom sizes to fit the opening, preparation for concealed hardware and soft-close. Classic and minimalist profiles, single and double leaf — to match your interior. Each door is made for a specific opening, allowing for floor and baseboards.
Panels & boiserie
Wall panels and boiserie create a continuous plane with integrated doors: when closed, the door blends into the wall. Geometric or classic layouts, height and proportions to suit ceiling and furniture. Seamless alignment with floor, baseboards, and moldings. Boiserie can cover one wall or the full perimeter — we design layouts and details to your plan.
Moldings & trim
Cornices, baseboards, casings, and decorative trim — precise CNC-cut profiles in the same species as doors and panels. Coordinated sections and radii, seamless joints at corners and along runs. Classic soft profiles or contemporary clean geometry. Moldings tie walls, doors, and floor into one visual language.
Materials & finish
Species: oak, ash, walnut, exotics; solid and veneer on stable core for large leaves. Finish: oil, varnish, patina, brush — to your tone and tactility. Optional glass, stone, or metal inserts in doors and panels for contrast and durability. We match species and finish to a single palette with flooring and stairs.
Design & 3D
Before production we prepare joint and layout drawings and, when needed, 3D visualizations of doors and panels in your space. We agree heights, widths, and ties to partitions and floor. So you see the result before manufacture and we can adjust details at the design stage.
Production & quality control
Cutting and machining on CNC equipment, hand assembly of joints, sanding and multi-coat finish in a spray booth. Quality checks at every stage: geometry, joints, color. We use the same production standards as for stairs and fitted furniture — stable timber moisture and premium coatings.
Installation & fit
We install doors, panels, and moldings with precise on-site fit. We check gaps, hinge and lock operation, and alignment with floor and adjacent walls. After installation we provide care guidelines and warranty service when needed.

When flooring, stairs, and joinery are made by one company, the interior stays consistent: one palette of species and tones, coordinated profiles and surface tactility. We take the project from floor to ceiling — doors, panels, and moldings don't clash with flooring and railings but complement them.
